SkypeWeb is a new feature of Skype 2.0 that allows Skype users to display their Skype online status on a Web page, email, blog, any other HTML enabled content or any other Internet-enabled application.
closed betaでの公開なので、どこまで書いてよいのか
わかりませんが、
Tools -> Options -> Privacy の設定で公開にすると
以下のURLで
http://mystatus.skype.com/SKYPE_ID
でステータスが表示できます。

2番目のPATHで表示画像が変更できる。
このほかにxml吐き出しや、画像にも幾つか種類があります。
オンラインしかわからないので、SNSによる友達承認とあわせて
グループチャットの自動トリガーにするとかは、出来ないけど
まあ、今後いろいろなAPIが追加されるはずなので楽しみです。
