The only tool available for converting FLV files to another video file format is an open source utility called ffmpeg.
However, this tool can only convert the video track of a recorded live stream.
It cannot convert a live audio track recorded with the Nellymoser Speech codec

僕もこれかなりいろいろ調べたんですが、結局だめという結論に達しました。
FCSが作成するflv1.0までは音声がmp3だったんですが、flv1.1からはソレンソンなんたらってのになってて、それをffmpegではあつかえないんすよねー。。

I’m very interested in topics like that, but this one sounds especially truthful, and I really trust the source where it came from. Sooner or later it was going to come out and it finally did!
